Prvić is only about half of a mile far from the mainland which makes it the closest island to the coast of all islands in Šibenik archipelago. It is a natural extension of the island Zlarin which is proved by numerous underwater shallows. Prvić Luka is situated on the eastern side of the island in a natural harbour of St.Luke which is well sheltered from the winds. Lately Prvić has become a tourist destination. It is well connected with the nearby places by daily boat lines that connect Šibenik, Zlarin, Prvić and Vodice. Pirovac is situated on the northern coast of the bay of Pirovac, a natural phenomenon which is cut 10 kilometers into the rocks and Mediterranean vegetation. Near the city of Pirovac are two national parks: Krka (33 km) and Kornati (12 nautical miles), and only 5 kilometers away is a nature park "Vransko jezero" (Vrana lake). Vransko jezero (The Vrana Lake), an ideal place for the sports fishing, is situated 5 km north. Thanks to the Adriatic highway Pirovac is connected with cultural and historical centres: Šibenik (22km), Zadar (48km), Trogir (85 km) and Split (108 km).
The island of Murter is located in the northwest part of the Šibenik archipelago, separated from the mainland by narrow sea canal at Tisno which is spanned by a 12 meter draw-bridge. Asphalted road (6 km long) connects Murter with Adriatic tourist road, and distance from the city of Šibenik is 29 km. Murter Town is situated on the north-western part of the Murter Island, and it is one of three bigger little towns on the island which is connected with the land by a bridge. To get to the Murter Town on the north side, drive along the island enjoying the overview of Kornati Islands.
Zlarin is a small island of the Dalmatian coast of Croatia near the city of Šibenik. Administratively, it is part of the Šibenik-Knin County. Zlarin's highest point is Klepac at 174 metres above sea level. During bright and sunny days from this point you can see Mount Velebit and volcanic Jabuka Island in the Adriatic Sea. Zlarin is one of few islands on the Adriatic Sea that do not allow access to cars. The island is connected to the mainland cities of Šibenik and Vodice by ship, about 10 times a day.
