Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. Transfer implies the transport at one passenger at least from pickup point to your destination. If pickup points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, please send us your request and we'll send you back an offer!
1.2. You can choose between few types of transport and vehicles. Prizes are formatted per type of vehicle you choose and distance between your pick up point and destination.
1.3. At pickup point you'll be waited by driver with target with your name on

2. Booking procedure

2.1. Person that requires reservation has to be over 18. Reservation is carried out on line, trough our pages. Person that wants to make reservation is responsible for given personal data written in contract.
2.2. Reservation has to be made at least 24 hours before the transfer.
2.3. For successful reservation we need your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. After you send us that information your reservation will be automatically made and we'll send you confirmation. We can assure you that all your personal data are taken very seriously and they will be protected in our system. We won't abuse in any way your credit card information or your personal data.

3. Security

3.1. All the vehicles for transfers are properly inspected and insured in accordance of laws of Croatia.
3.2. Transfer provider is committing that transfer will be done professionally in accord of transportation rules written in laws of Croatia.
3.3. In case that transfer wasn't made we'll pay you back your money within 24 days.
3.4. If client for any reason is not able to establish a contact with our driver he must contact us on number mentioned in contract!

4. Luggage

4.1. For standard luggage’s considered two big bags at manual luggage per person. If you have more luggages you have to notify us in advance. The biggest permitted luggages are four bags and manual luggage allowed in airline traffic per person.

5. Cancellation and change of reservation

5.1. Cancellation of reservation without extra charge you can do up to tree days before arranged transfer, and we'll pay you back your money. Change of reservation, which includes change of date, is without extra charge and change of your pickup, drop-off point or vehicle will be charged in accord with prices on our pages.
