1.1. Transfer implies the transport of at least one passenger from pick-up point to your destination. If pick-up points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, please send us your request and we will contact you with our custom made offer.
1.2. You can choose between few types of transfers and vehicles. The prices are created according to the type of vehicle you choose and the distance between your pick-up point and the destination.
1.3. At pick-up point the driver will be waiting for you with a tag that has your name on it.
Connectotransfers.com offers online reservation system through which visitors of the website can make a reservation. After you book through our website, you have entered into a legally binding contract. Our services are available for personal, noncommercial use, therefore, it is not allowed to download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our web site for any commercial or competitive activity.
2.1. Person that makes the reservation has to be over 18. Reservation is carried out on-line via ConnectTransfers website. The client that wants to make a reservation is responsible for given personal data in the contract.
2.2. Reservation has to be made at least 24 hours before the transfer.
2.3. For successful reservation we need your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. After you send us that information your reservation will be automatically confirmed and we will send you a written confirmation via e-mail. We can assure you that all your personal data are treated very seriously and they will be protected in our system. We won't abuse in any way your credit card information or your personal data.
2.4. Confirmation Email - It is clients’ responsibility to notify us in the event of not receiving the confirmation e-mail or in the case that booking details have been entered inaccurately. All the details you have entered/or requested to be entered in the booking process will be displayed in the confirmation e-mail in detail. Please print and keep for your records.
2.5. Payment receipt - When your transaction is completed and your booking confirmation e-mail has been received, your credit card will be charged 20 % of the total amount. You will receive an instant payment receipt to your email address which confirms that the transaction has been completed and that the money has been debited from your account.
4.1. All the vehicles for transfers are properly inspected and insured in accordance to the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
4.2. The transfer provider committs that the transfer will be effectuated professionally and in accordance to the transportation rules and the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
4.3. In case that the transfer hasn't been completed, your money will be refunded within 24 days.
4.4. If the client for any reason is not able to establish a contact with our driver he must contact ConnectoTransfers customer support on the number: 00 385 21 312 595
It is considered that the standard luggage comprises two large suitcases and one manual luggage per person. If you have more luggage please notify us in advance. The largest permitted amount of luggage are four bags and manual luggage allowed in airplains per person.
6.1. You can cancel your reservation without the extra charge up to three days before the arranged transfer, and the full amount will be refunded. Any alteration of reservation which includes change of date, is without extra charge and change of your pick-up, drop-off point or vehicle will be charged in accordance with prices on our pages. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel details are correct. There can not be any refund for these cases.
6.2. The reservation must be cancelled at least 5 days before the transfer. If it is cancelled under these terms, the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded and in case of no show the total amount will be charged. If the reservation was made in the period shorter than 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded. In the case of no-show, the total amount will be charged.
6.3. In case of delay and missed flight/ferry/train/bus due to a road transfer:
- If you miss your flight (or any other means of transportation) because of traffic jams or any other road conditions which are not direct fault of ConnectoTaxi transfer service, ConnectoTaxi cannot be held responsible, nor can you demand of ConnectoTaxi transfer service company to refund you for your financial loss.
- If ConnectoTaxi is the direct cause of your delay (ex. flat tire, no gas, late arrival, negligence of the driver etc.), you will be refunded for your loss.
- The times of departure to/from the airport or any other destination are simply an advice given by the agents and were created for standard routes and traffic conditions. You may or may not choose to accept the recommended time, and you may change it if you think that you might need more time.
- After receiving the voucher we ask of you to check it thoroughly and by accepting the voucher as your confirmation of the reservation, you accept complete responsibility for the outcome of the transfer.
In accordance with the aforementioned terms and conditions, we are liable only for direct damages you have suffered and incurred in the absence of compliance with obligations that are related to our services. Connectotransfers.com, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or other content creation will not be liable for any criminal liability, direct or indirect losses or damages, loss of contracts, any inaccuracies related to the information described on our website. The drivers reserve the right to deny embarkation to the vehicles in cases of inebriated or misbehaved clients. There can not be any refund for these cases and in the event of damages there may be prosecution and damage claims.
Connecto mare d.o.o. has high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We are committed that your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information required for booking will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. In order to protect your personal information we apply a particular system. To protect data from credit cards, we use "Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data are completely safe. We also use security procedures and limited access to use the personal data. Only authorized employees are permitted access to personal information to perform their duties relating to our service.
The original Croatian version of these terms can be translated into other languages but no rights can be achieved in the translated version. In the case of a dispute over the content or interpretation of these terms, or inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Croatian version, and any other version, the main and referent version is the one in the Croatian language. Croatian version is available on our web page (after you select the Croatian language) and can be sent in writing upon your request.
Unless otherwise specified, the software needed for our service is either available or being used on our website, and intellectual property rights (including copyrights), content and information, and material on our website are owned by travel agency Connecto mare d.o.o. These conditions and provision of our services are regulated by and construed in accordance with Croatian law and any dispute arising from these general conditions and our services are exclusively submitted to the competent court in Split, Croatia.
In every moment we have the right to change the way we collect, process and transmit personal data and other information if deemed relevant. Therefore, this privacy statement may be modified or amended in order to comply with the latest trends.
