What does the price include?

A one-way price will include a single journey, either from your arrival point, to your destination. A return booking includes the departure transfer to the starting point or from the declare point. The price depends of the number of passengers, we calculate a group count.

How do I collect my transfer upon arrival?

Details of how to collect your transfer upon arrival differ in each resort. Individual instructions will appear on your booking voucher, which is generated automatically and is emailed to you once you complete your booking. If for any reason you cannot find your vehicle upon arrival, then call the number listed on your booking voucher, where our local representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

Transfer times

The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may alter slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey. You will be notified if there is any anticipated delay to your journey.

What happens if my outbound flight is delayed?

Your taxi driver will be informed and collect you at the new time.

Luggage

Our vehicles are comfortable, so it’s no problem to take as much luggage as you have. We DON’T require extra charges!

What happens if I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your booking until three days before without charges, please read the cancellation policy, which can be found on the terms and conditions section of the website.

Infant Transfer

Children until 12 years are not allowed to travel without their parents. Children between 12-18 years must have notarizes statement from the parents. There will be no charge for children under 7 years of age, but we appreciate if you inform us, so that we prepare a properly child seat for your child.

Transport for disabled people

Guests, who are disabled we appreciate to inform us by time, that we prepare an adequate vehicle for them.
